Shipping Policy
For CMF parts we ship from Germany worldwide by DHL
For SLM parts and other frame building supplies (depending upon on your location and our inventory status)，we ship from Germany worldwide by DHL or ship from China worldwide by UPS or SF-express.
Lead times for stock parts is dependant upon the country but is generally shipped from our warehouse within 3 days (excluding holiday periods).
Lead times for made-to-order parts are typically 10 days from confirmation of order to shipping from our factories (excluding holiday periods). However, this excludes transit time from our 3d print factory to the relevant country.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will issue returns for shipping errors on our end or for manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the product so that we can issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for your invoiced items you need to have replaced. We will ship out the correct parts with a return shipping label. the custom to made 3d print parts are not including

If you have ordered in error or changed your mind on design. You may return products within 14 days and subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost will be at the customer's expense( please properly package when shipping items back. Damaged products will not be issued a refund. Please call us to arrange returns so we can issue you an RMA to ship back the product.
All credits will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise arranged.
